Ocean Waste Solutions for a Sustainable Future
Reducing waste is essential to sustainability, and it’s a commitment we live by every day. By working hand-in-hand with businesses, we aim to repurpose ocean waste and create a ripple effect of environmental benefits across industries. Together, we can extend the life of materials and build a circular economy.
Transforming Ocean Waste into Durable Materials
Using ocean waste materials like fishing buoys, plastic bottles (PE), polystyrene (PS), and discarded fishing nets and lines, we convert these pollutants into durable panels through a specialized cleaning, shredding, and heat-pressing process. These materials are designed to last, resisting corrosion, moisture, and decay, while reducing the ecological impact of single-use plastic.

Cradle to Cradle :
Where Every End is a New Beginning
We believe in a cradle-to-cradle system,
where every material is tracked, transformed, and ready for reuse.

STEP 1
Collecting Ocean Waste
Collecting Marine Debris We collaborate with local fishing ports, harbors, and municipal governments to collect waste materials through environmental cleaning systems, followed by simple sorting and cleaning processes.

STEP 2
Specialized Treatment
and Shredding
The selected waste undergoes special treatments to prepare it for manufacturing.

STEP 3
Granulation and Certification
Each batch of recycled particles is quality-checked and has obtained multiple certifications, including the Taiwan Ocean Waste Certification.

STEP 4
Design and Development
Working with designers and engineers, we tailor each project’s needs to create unique, sustainable items through research and visual design.

STEP 5
Sustainable Production
Our production method for eco-friendly panels reduces carbon emissions by over 70% compared to new materials, meeting both project goals and sustainability targets.

STEP 6
Collection and Recycling
We monitor our products at project sites and, upon project completion, efficiently reclaim materials to return them to Reborne. This cradle-to-cradle recycling loop ensures each product is given new life, promoting a sustainable cycle.
